AUSTIN, Mich. (AP)-Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum promised Monday to revive manufacturing, cutting taxes and shrinking Government, appointments which drew loud applause from the conservative Michigan voters who said he was more in line with their values, native son and GOP rival Mitt Romney.
